Defqon.1 przeniesione do Biddinghuizen

:: In Almere wordt al enige tijd gebouwd aan een nieuwe wijk, namelijk Almere Poort. Deze wijk ligt precies naast het Defqon.1 terrein.

Ondanks meerdere pogingen om tot in lengte van dagen te mogen blijven in Almere, moeten we bij deze meedelen dat de laatste Defqon.1 op het Almere strand in 2010 heeft plaatsgevonden. De bouw van Almere Poort staat de toekomst van het festival in de weg.

Almere strand was de plek waar Q-dance voor het eerst een groot buitenfeest organiseerde. Defqon.1 is in de laatste 8 jaar uitgegroeid tot een van de meest bijzondere festivals in Nederland. We hebben allemaal fantastische herinneringen aan het uitzicht, de stofwolken, de unieke sfeer en natuurlijk de beste muziek. Met gepaste trots nemen wij bij deze afscheid van dit stukje heilige grond.

Niet alleen de breedste waaier aan harde digitale muziekstijlen ...
