| Tutaj macie newsa od q-dance po angielsku
Q-dance highly values innovation and gladly welcomes new talent. Hence, this year’s edition of Q-BASE will feature another ‘Drop Your Own Area’-contest. Over the past years, small organizations like ‘TK07’, ‘Andere Koek’ and ‘Hit ’n Run’ conquered their own stage at Q-BASE. Who will it be this year?
This is how it works:
Upload your idea to our “Drop Your Own Area” app. You can submit your idea until July 11th. Voting starts July 11th. Conduct a campaign in order to collect as many votes as you can. The four areas that receive most votes will be invited over to present their plan to the Q-dance jury.
Things your plan should contain:
Write a plan that accurately describes your view on the realization of your area. Music programming, special acts and decoration are all important elements in your plan. Also, take a good look at the Q-BASE website and trailer. Your plan should contain at least the following:
- some info about yourself and your background
- an explanation of the concept
- music programming
- decoration
- design of your stage
- mood board that displays the feel/ atmosphere of your area
- all other crazy stuff you have planned for the night
The Area
The competition revolves around an AMMO storage bunker with a dance floor sized 11 x 8 meters and 4,5 meters high. The programming hours are from 6 pm 'til 6 am.
